Norstar Call Transfer
How to re-direct a call to another phone number using 'Call Transfer' from Telus. Call Transfer is a Telus service required on each line.
General description
This procedure transfers an answered call back out to Telus and then on to another telephone number. It leaves the original line clear for another incoming call thus making available all original lines for normal office use.
How it works
While on a call, incoming or outgoing, Telus is sent a "hookflash or Link" signal. A target number is dialed. Hookflash is sent again. Phone is hung up. Call is now trnasfered.
